The Southern Oregon High-Tech Crimes Task Force provides multiple services to our region and the approximately 40 law enforcement agencies in our geographical area.  The task force's Digital Evidence Forensic Laboratory (DEFL) is the only standalone digital forensics lab hosted by a local law enforcement agency that is accredited by the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors - Laboratory Accrediation Board (ASCLD/LAB)'s legacy program in the world.
